I loved the helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and clean room with extra touches. The village nearby is great for walks.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Had a Christmas stay. the location was perfect for exploring local restaurants. the scenery was beautiful and serene. the staff was friendly and offered help when possible. the breakfast was good and had a decent selection of local flavors. the room was nicely decorated and comfortable, the bed was particularly cozy. the view from the room was the best part of the stay.

The hotel was poorly maintained, there were a few issues that came up that were not dealt with promptly such as broken slippers and issues with the flushing water system. the room was not very soundproof and we could hear guests walking around late at night and early in the morning.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that fulfilled all of my needs. the service provided by the wonderful staff was impeccable and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect. the Spa & wellness centre was divine, with a variety of treatments that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the restaurant had delicious meals with a wide selection of menus that catered to my special dietary requirements.

Although the BBQ facilities were top-notch, the sun terrace needed more shaded areas for a more comfortable dining experience.

Had a good Christmas although it was really cold. The breakfast was just okay, but the afternoon tea was fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area with scenic views. The free shuttle bus to nearby attractions was a plus.

The heating system in the room was not effective enough, which made it really uncomfortable to be in. The staff was not very attentive and it took ages to get service.

The location was great as it was near Hong Cun where we found many amazing restaurants to dine in, and also the charming ancient village of Lucun. We loved that it was close to Unesco villages and not very commercialized. the room and bathroom were beautiful, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good variety, and the view was scenic. the hotel also provided guided tours to Yellow Mountain with a personal guide.

The construction work throughout half the resort ruined our vacation. It was noisy and made us feel like we were in a deserted town.

The hotel has very friendly and accommodating staff, good internet coverage, and a tasty breakfast with fresh juice. Moreover, the hotel provides a limited number of free soft drinks, which is helpful for guests. The location is picturesque, with an elegant pond with fish to watch and close proximity to nearby villages and Huangshan mountain.
